Runner (“the Game”) is developed by Özay Akcan. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By playing the Game, you accept this policy.
DATA WE COLLECT
- Account info: username, email and password (stored hashed)
- Device info, IP address and approximate location (country or city)
- Game data: progress, scores and purchases (we never see your card details)
- Advertising ID, and cookies in the web version
- Crash and performance reports
HOW WE USE IT
To run the Game and save your progress, process purchases, fix bugs and improve the Game, show ads, prevent cheating and fraud, and provide support.
SHARING
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services we use (Google Play, Apple App Store, Steam, Firebase / Google Analytics, and ad networks such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads) and when the law requires it.
CHILDREN
Runner is suitable for ages 3 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent, and children only see non-personalized ads. Parents can ask us to access or delete their child’s data.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under KVKK, GDPR and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
SECURITY AND RETENTION
We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption and hashed passwords, and keep data only as long as needed or as the law requires.
CHANGES
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
